Arcade Revival

Arcade Revival transforms the Old Bank Arcade into a third place for communities working and living around the Wellington CBD. This adaptive reuse project promotes community connections through open plan design, multi purpose floors and engagement with local identity, to enhance well-being informed by natural integration through elements of Biophilia. It aims to repurpose the Old Bank Arcade, preserving parts of its historical attributes to help give people a sense of place and connection to the past. Therefore, transforming its interior spaces and promoting a sense of well-being through the built environment.
